Relaxing Bath Ritual

1 tablespoon of sea salt
5 drops of rose essential oil
5 drops of lavender essential oil
1 tablespoon of organic dried rose petals
1 tablespoon of organic dried lavender

Time to practice self-care. Celebrate yourself with a beautiful, relaxing bath. Connect to the element water and release all your stress.

Light up a candle.

Fill your tub with water that is the ideal temperature for you. Add the ingredients mixed in a small bowl before you step in.

Soak for 10-20 minutes or more, if you like.

Drink a herbal tea like lavender tea (good to promote calm) or rose-hips (good to promote self-love)

Now while relaxed its the ideal time to fill out your Magnolia Journal.
